Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office anytime between

9:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Scholarships are available.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The early registration cost per child for basketball/cheerleading is $60

After November 14th, the cost is $70

Basketball shorts are included in the registration cost.

Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are included in the registration cost.

Family Pricing: $60 for 1 child, $115 for 2 children, $170 for 3 children

EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS

Everyone must attend one basketball or cheerleading evaluation. All activities will be held at the Bellefontaine First Church of God, Multiminitry Gym.
